Current Planning Initiatives

In a continuation of the Long-Range Strategic Plan 2009-2015, we have begun the process of creating the three-year operational plan. The operational plan will outline the 3-year priorities of the branch that relate to each of the issues, goals, and strategies of the Strategic Plan.

The current task is the interviewing of key personnel to identify each area's relationships to the issues, goals, and strategies. Once the relationships have been defined, we'll work with key personnel to identify the activities planned over the next three years that will aid in the achievement of the strategic goals.

A meeting of judicial branch manager's/key personnel is planned for December. This meeting is to finalize the priorities and activities.
