The new Appellate Court Electronic Record (eRecord) standard was approved by the Appellate Court Technology Committee (ACTC) in October, 2012.  It was subsequently approved and adopted by the Florida Courts Technology Commission (FCTC).  This electronic record standard addresses the transmission of records from all lower tribunals to the Florida Supreme Court and the District Courts of Appeal.

For technical information about the new electronic record standard, please review the eRecord Integration Kit (.zip file). This kit is now available to circuits, counties, the FCCC, Executive Branch agencies and other entities. Sample XML files can be found here:  Sample XML Files (.Zip file)
